About Our Condo near Destin, Seaside

We are a family of five with two boys ages 13 and 9 and a seven year old little girl. We have rented at Gulf Place for years since our children were very little. We fell in love with this area and this development and just recently purchased a unit of our own!

We look forward to sharing this area that we love so much with you. The following is more detailed information about our vacation home. Feel free to contact us if you have questions.

Sleeping Areas

Both bedrooms are situated as far as possible from the living areas to keep them quiet and private. There is a Master Bedroom with a queen size bed connected to the Master Bathroom. The Master Bedroom also has Cable TV & VCR.

The Bunkroom is the second sleeping area. It has its own Half Bath and is also connected to the Master Bathroom. The Bunkroom is its own private area located off the main hallway.

Kitchen

Our home has a full kitchen stocked with all the utensils and gadgets you need to prepare full meals while this is your home-away-from-home. All the appliances you would expect in a modern home are here and are full-size, including: a stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster.

Living Area

The open floor plan lets the kitchen area to flow into the living area letting you enjoy the breathtaking Gulf of Mexico views whether you're cooking a meal, watching television, or sitting on the balcony smelling the fresh ocean breeze.

The Living Area has comfortable seating with cable TV, a DVD player and stereo with a CD player.

Laundry, etc.

Each floor has its own shared laundry room with commercial grade clothes washers and dryers. There are also elevators and rolling carts to make it easy to get to your unit even after a big trip to the grocery!
